In addition, they do not have negative effects and make slimming much more enjoyable. The following tips also help to maintain a healthy body weight.

1. Don't take it too seriously.
If you want to start losing weight, do not focus your full attention on planning meals, calculating calories or thinking what else you should do to make your figure even better. Stress is a friend of a bad lifestyle, so you should not burden yourself with eating something beyond your dietary plan. Our body's mechanism works in such a way that we usually want what we cannot have. Accordingly, instead of sticking to the set rules, I always try to redirect my attention to other more important things that prevent me from thinking about eating. I don't worry too much if sometimes I eat a little more than I have agreed, because on the other day I can eat a little less, which will help to balance the energy balance. The key element in a well-conducted diet is the appropriate mental approach. Those that do not add additional stress to our body.
2. Drink plenty of water.
I always try to drink a minimum of 1.5 - 2.0 liters of water a day. Water very quickly helps to cleanse the body of toxins, get rid of swelling, and also accelerates the fat burning processes. In fact, we do not need any juice diets to cleanse the body, plain water is sufficient.

3. Don't eat between meals.
Eat 4-5 meals a day at intervals of 3-4 hours. It is important to keep the above-mentioned intervals, because they regulate the proper functioning of our body. Disrupting this meal schedule can disrupt our metabolism, which will result in the effects of our diet being unsatisfactory. I personally eat 4 meals a day every 3.5 hours. After a long time of testing my diet, this is my best meal plan. Snacking between meals disrupts metabolic and digestive processes and disrupts our hormonal balance. When I feel like eating something between my meals, I just drink a glass of water or green tea. This is a great way instead of snacking, and it also keeps your body hydrated.
4. Eat breakfast.
Eating breakfast every morning is a must in a healthy diet. It's best to eat them shortly after waking up, at the latest one hour after getting out of bed.


In my case, I eat breakfast about half an hour after I wake up. Eating breakfast, our body gets the right impulse to start a new day, thereby boosting its metabolism. In addition, in this way we provide all the necessary nutrients for the functioning of the body.
5. Concentrate on eating during the meal.
Focusing on eating with a meal is a very important point that many people miss. When we focus on other activities while eating, such as watching TV or working on the computer, we do not notice how much we have eaten, and we may still feel hungry after eating a meal. Enjoying food and focusing on it satifies my apetite much more and I don't feel like snacking between meals anymore.
6. Walk or dance.
Regular physical activity speeds up metabolism and allows us to keep our body in a continuous form. Personally, I do not like intense physical activity, but I love walking and dancing, which is a great alternative to classic cardio training.
Even one hour of walking a day or 40 minutes of dancing is enough to significantly speed up the metabolism and improve the appearance of the figure. A simple walk or dance accelerates, among others, fat burning, and at the same time firms the legs and buttocks without much effort. Doing what you like is the best sport activity because we do not feel that we are training anything.
7. Try to get enough sleep.
In my opinion, it's best to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleep speeds up metabolism and regulates the hormonal balance, therefore, while sleeping, we accelerate the processes of fat burning and we do not feel such stress during a lower calorie diet.
8. Eat sweets if you like them.
Personally, I do not limit myself to only meals, which are designed to provide my body with all the necessary macronutrients for its functioning, because most likely I would not stick to such a diet for a long time. Probably, if I had already eaten something sweet, it would be way too much, which would have resulted in the opposite effect of my diet. Knowing my preferences and mechanisms, I try to implement my diet plan so that at least 1 meal a day is sweet.

And if you eat 5 meals a day, I recommend 2 such meals if you are a person who just likes sweets. In this way, we can achieve our caloric goal for a given day, and additionally take care of our well-being, the comfort of using a diet or our personal dietary needs.
9. Eat small meals.
This is my key principle. When eating meals, try not to overeat. It is important not to overeat until your stomach feels full. The impulse that we are full reaches the brain much later, therefore failure to comply with this rule often leads to excessive overeating, which often means exceeding the daily caloric requirement. Conscious consumption is important when eating meals. In addition, eating smaller portions I feel light every day, which accelerates my figure results.

These are my tricks that I used many times myself when I wanted to lose some weight before the sessions or the holiday period. These are also methods that I still use to maintain a slim figure and healthy eating habits. I always ate whatever I wanted and if I ate something unhealthy, then I just balanced it with lighter and healthy dishes. Due to this approach, I have not even felt that I am sticking to any specific dietary rules. It has become a synchronous part of my life.
